**Disclaimer & Privacy Policy**  

1. Disclaimer

**Payment & Liability**  

– The customer shall pay a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before the goods leave the factory. We retain ownership of the goods until full payment is received.  

– All logistics costs (including shipping, insurance, customs clearance, taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the customer. We only provide necessary document assistance (e.g., packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc.).  

– We shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused after the goods leave the factory, including but not limited to transportation, handling, customs detention, or force majeure events. **We strongly recommend customers purchase comprehensive insurance coverage.**  

**Quality & Inspection**  

– The customer has the right to inspect the goods before they leave the factory. If no written objection is raised, the goods will be deemed accepted. Any claims regarding missing parts or cosmetic defects after shipment will not be entertained.  

**Force Majeure**  

– We shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or changes in customs policies.  

**Special Terms for Southeast Asian Countries (Philippines, Indonesia, etc.)**  

– **Customs Risk**: Some Southeast Asian countries (e.g., Indonesia) may require additional certifications or documents. Customers must verify local import regulations in advance and bear all risks of customs delays or returns due to incomplete documentation.  

– **Tax Compliance**: Customers are responsible for ensuring payment of all local taxes (e.g., VAT, import duties, etc.). We shall not be liable for any seizures or penalties resulting from unpaid taxes.  

– **Shipping Timelines**: Delivery times in Southeast Asia may be extended due to port congestion or local holidays. We do not guarantee specific arrival dates.  

2. Privacy Policy  

**Information Collection**  

– We only collect necessary information (e.g., name, contact details, address, company name, etc.) for order processing and logistics arrangements.  

**Information Usage**  

– Customer information is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed, sold, or used for third-party marketing.  

– Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only to ensure transaction security.  

**Data Security**  

– We use encryption technology for data storage and transmission and regularly purge redundant information.  

**Exceptions**  

– Disclosure of necessary information may occur when required by law or in response to legitimate requests from government authorities (e.g., customs inspections in Southeast Asian countries).
